About Us
Whether you need us for half an hour a week, or require around the clock care, we’ll be on hand to provide every aspect of professional help and compassionate support when required.

Our Commitment to Quality Care
Since PRN began operating in 2007 we have gained a reputation for quality service along with a personal, caring approach to all of our customers.
Our mission is to provide the highest standard of assistance and support to our customers, fulfilling their requirements while maintaining privacy and dignity. We adopt a multi-disciplinary approach to community teamwork by working collaboratively with GPs, District Nurses, Community Psychiatric Nurses and Hospice Nurses. By taking this route, the requirements of the customer remain central to all parties involved.
We’re also aware it is not just the individual customer who requires our assistance. We recognise close relations of the customer may require further support, whether emotional or practical, and we aim to be on hand to provide this support whenever required.
Bespoke Care, Delivered Sensitively
PRN provides a bespoke care service to adults of all ages living at home or in the local community. We provide a wide variety of support ranging from domestic help to complex care needs, whether short or long-term.
We are determined to provide care to our customers of the highest possible quality and channel this focus through our dedicated staff and support systems, which are designed to allow PRN staff to be on hand whenever you need us.
Our Staff
At PRN we recognise our staff are the public face of the company and having the right people is vital for the delivery of outstanding service. Support staff are chosen for their empathy, trustworthiness and positive approach to their role.
We implement a robust recruitment policy which not only includes mandatory professional reference and criminal record checks but also the implementation of an induction programme which exceeds the requirements set out by the CQC (Care Quality Commission). In addition, all staff work practice is monitored and checked on a consistent basis.
Our staff are supported by senior workers and office-based staff, who provide round the clock back up to our workers in the community.
PRN actively encourages the personal development of all members of the workforce, providing internal and external training to all employees. To date, 80% of our workforces have achieved a recognised qualification in care.
